The team at place has extensive experience in the design and construction of a range of bespoke work places including

• storage and production facilities,
• office buildings,
• office fit outs and refurbishments
• and retail spaces.

These have generally been undertaken for user clients either as owner occupiers or tenants. We have particularly been involved in the development of bespoke facilities for specialist uses including high security IT facilities, telesales facilities and distribution centers.

In all instances our role has been to make sure the completed building addresses both the operational and strategic requirements of the developer or user as well as creating a positive, stimulating and productivity promoting working environment.
