The analysis of the local context has identified a pattern of development in the residential area of special character. This has provided a starting point for response to the local context.
The broader environmental and ethical context has been addressed in a subjective way reflecting the particular concerns of the applicant.
The design is responsive to the immediate visual and structural context of the area in its approach to massing, enclosure, materials and details while also responding to the broader national and global context of sustainability and ethical development.
